About Our Partner, Who?Mag Multimedia

WHO?MAG Multimedia consists of three TV programs and one TV network. The total
reach through their platforms is currently 280,000,000 households worldwide and still
rapidly growing. We air on all platforms of media including Broadcast, IPTV (Roku),
multiple cell apps, as well as online. We recently opened our programming to include
advertising on our programs to help maximize your products exposure. The WHOMAG
brand has launched in 2002 as a website, 2005 as a DVD magazine, 2007 as a TV show,
and 2012 as a TV network.

– one :15 commercial to air on either WHO?MAG TV or DMTV on TUFF TV
(shows/commercials will run multiple times)
– one :15 pre-roll ad to open for ALL videos of “This Weeks Features” and
“Popular on iFame TV” (our most watched categories) on iFame TV on Roku for
5 days minimum (over 100 of our most watched videos)
– one :15 commercial placed separately on iFame TV on Roku under “This Weeks
Features” for 14 days minimum and for 3 months on our Trailers section
– one :15 sec commercial to autoplay on opening the following sites:
www.ifametv.com, www.whomagtv.com, www.whomagdistribution.com, and
either www.whomag.net or www.dancemusicmag.com for 5 days minimum
– Social Marketing – one week (7 days) of daily twitter blasts to over 20,000
followers, Facebook post on all 3 group/fan pages, and Instagram post

2) The National Full Package – $1,100

– one :30 commercial to air on BOTH WHO?MAG TV AND DMTV on TUFF
TV (shows/commercials run multiple times)
– one :30 pre-roll ad to air on all of “This Weeks Features” and “Popular on iFame
TV” (our most watched categories) on iFame TV on Roku for 12 days minimum
– one :30 commercial placed separately on iFame TV on Roku under “This Weeks

months totaling 120 times aired)
– one “Sponsored by ___” with information and website link for 1 clip under five
mins to air on VUClips (clip will be OnDemand for minimum 1 months)

WHOMAG Distribution (flyers or promo items distributed, mentions all night,
commercial aired during live music video feed)

Platinum – $2,000 – artist hosts a full 30 min episode of “WHO?MAG Video Vision” to air on SPB TV, Yamgo TV, FilmOn, and iFame TV as well as online. Artists will introduce other music video and then introduce theirs at the end (see episodes on www.whomagtv.com under “Video Vision” as an example). It can be either filmed by us in Cherry Hill or at your location by your own video team. We will provide your script.
